In the final race of their debut season at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, front-runner Juffali and teammate Adam Christodoulou ended their season strong, leading Theeba Motorsport to third place and their sixth podium in the championship.
The result, which came 24 hours after their third place finish in race one, meant they finished second overall in class and sixth overall in the competition on 57 points.
Juffali described the feat as a “fantastic achievement”. She said, “What a race! It feels like yesterday since we started this journey and I can’t quite believe that Theeba Motorsport’s first season is over.
“Given the variety of challenges we have faced this season, second place in the Pro-Am Championship is a fantastic achievement and only shows the value of the hard work that goes behind the scenes before and after each race. I am very proud of everyone.”
She added: “Adam [Christodoulou] did a great job in qualifying and drove a great first stint to fight for the podium. With a quick stop we made the leap into the top 3 and from there all we had to do was bring it home.”
