The Byblos team won the second edition of the Lebanese Expats Basketball Championship held in Dubai and organized by Sports Mania Dubai and under the supervision of the Dubai Sports Council and the UAE Basketball Federation.
In an exciting final between Zahle and Byblos, which took place at Al Wasl Sports Club, both teams showed great basketball level, high team spirit and sportsmanship. Team Byblos secured victory with a final score of 83-63.
The champions won a cash prize of Dh12,000.
Some of the participants in the game were sports analyst at Dubai Sports TV Mr. Ashraf Samara, MEBS founder Mr. Mostafa Ezzedine, owner of Ghost Honey Mr. Mayya Homsi and veteran players Tony Faddoul & Richard El Husseini.
