The four-day Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship offers a festival of entertainment for the whole family on Yas Island. Participants will discover a championship village with a huge variety of food and drink, sports and live music.
Additionally, all 20 players named in the Hero Cup, a new matchplay tournament played in Abu Dhabi between continental Europe and Great Britain and Ireland the week before, will start their 2023 DP World Tour season at Yas Links.
Scotsman Robert MacIntyre, who claimed his second DP World Tour title in October at the DS Automobiles Italian Open at the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club, venue of the 2023 Ryder Cup in Rome, Italy, is one of many DP World Tour champions Stars hoping to secure a position for Team Europe in September.

The successful move to Yas Island in 2022 heralded a new chapter for the tournament, which highlights Abu Dhabi as an international sporting hub as the season-ending F1 Championship and Ultimate Fighting Championship are also based at this world-class venue.
The DP World Tour confirmed that all 2023 Rolex Series events will feature a total prize fund of $9 million – an increase of $1 million over the 2022 prize. The 2023 tournament will be the second of four Events that form the Middle East swing as Abu Dhabi prepares to host two weeks of world-class golf across multiple venues.
