The Abu Dhabi Ministry of Culture and Tourism has announced that tickets are available for the “USA Basketball Showcase” where the US men’s national team will play games against Greece and Germany at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island from August 18-20.
Steve Kerr (Golden State Warriors) will serve as head coach of the 2023 US Men’s National Team. Highlighted by multiple NBA honorees and honorees, their 12-man roster consists of nine athletes with US basketball experience, including Josh Hart (New York Knicks), Cameron Johnson (Brooklyn Nets) and Austin Reaves (Los Angeles Lakers) are expected to make their US debut this summer.

Established as a leading sports tourism destination in recent years, Abu Dhabi made history in 2022 when the Etihad Arena hosted the NBA for the first time with two official preseason games between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Atlanta Hawks.
The Dallas Mavericks and Minnesota Timberwolves will meet at the 2023 NBA Abu Dhabi Games presented by ADQ later this year on October 5th and 7th, also at the Etihad Arena.
The US men’s national team meets Greece and Germany on August 18th and 20th respectively, with Germany and Greece also playing at the Etihad Arena on August 19th.
Lebanon, Egypt and Mexico will face off in two matches at the Etihad Arena, with Lebanon playing Egypt on August 17 and Lebanon playing Mexico on August 18.
